Player Nominations Week 3

Player Name Note About Nomination Comments
Santhosh Reddy It was fire play match (played on 08/02/2023). Despite the intense pressure and the ultimate outcome of the game, during a critical point in the match made a difficult and honest line call that was pivotal to the game's outcome. NA
Kumar P Always flexible in scheduling and being accommodative Keep the atmosphere relaxed during game
Nirmal Honest line calls. Myself (Suresh M) and teammate played against Nirmal for week2 match and he was very honest in line calls.
Pavithru Pinamaneni Endurance and flexibility to adopt to schedules Good fight spirit till the last
Sanjo Sebastian Committed to CTG despite injury, played in multiple courts same game with no complaint Good fighting spirit
Nirmal Kathiresan Nirmal and I partnered to play a Week-2 Game and the score was 4-4 and we have Ad. There was a point that definitely felt out for both of us, and I was to take it and left, and Nirmal called it out as well, and mostly opponents felt the same too. But at the last moment, the ball flicked a minute portion of the line according to Nirmal, and he said it was “in”. This call would have changed the game for us to “WIN”. But his personality is all about “integrity” first. “WINS” and “LOSSES” are part of every game. This award is not about making calls; it's about the ability to stay true to the sport and exhibit “sportsmanship” at all times, in both “highs” and “lows”. Nirmal is a true testament to that. Hence he deserves this Award. Nirmal - Well deserved Award and Sincere Salute to your Integrity.
Sanjo Sebastian Sanjo showed great spirit and completed 2 back-to-back matches while still recovering from injury. Both matches were high-intensity 3 setters. He seems to showcase a never-give-up attitude, and his conduct on court is all good.
Santosh Reddy Santosh Reddy lit up the court on fire with his game. Displays positive aggression and respects opponents. Santosh made fair line calls and also gave the benefit of the doubt to the opponent at a crucial point in the match.
Anand Vidhani Amazing integrity and sportsmanship Good conduct
